Well, hot on the heels of these recent Local Falcon AI developments, we've now launched Falcon Assist, a built-in, AI-powered virtual assistant ready to help you with anything related to Local Falcon, local SEO, your business listings, your scans, your competitors, and more. It's like having a local SEO professional and Local Falcon support in front of you at the same time, whenever you need them!
Where Can I Find Falcon Assist and How Does It Work?
You can now find Falcon Assist in the main navigation menu of your Local Falcon Dashboard. There will be a free preview available to all users for a limited time upon launch, after which it will be available to all users with Enterprise or Annual plan.
When you open up Falcon Assist you'll see an AI chat window, similar to ChatGPT and other chat-based AI tools.
If it's your first time using Falcon Assist, the AI chat thread will be empty except for a welcome message. You can ask Falcon Assist anything you want simply by typing your question into the chat bar at the bottom of the page.
Try asking Falcon Assist this:
"What can I do to fix the SoLV for my last scan"
Or
"Create a detailed plan to improve my local ranking for this report: *add your scan report url here"
Or
"What are some local engagement opportunities for the location in this report: *add your scan report url here"
Keep in mind that, although you can ask anything you want, Falcon Assist is only designed to answer things related to local SEO and Local Falcon, including questions about your account, your business listings, your scans, and your competitors, so try to keep your queries relevant if you want to receive a helpful response!
For example, you might ask Falcon Assist a question about local SEO, such as "how do I improve my local ranking?" or "what are the most important ranking factors for local SEO?" Falcon Assist will then provide a detailed response, drawing on the combined knowledge of Local Falcon, top local SEO experts, and other reputable sources to provide you with the most accurate, up-to-date information and recommendations.
Or, let's say you want a quick summary of your latest local rank tracking data. In this case, you could ask Falcon Assist to show you your most recent scans, which would provide you with an instant overview of key local search ranking data from these scans.
