Local Falcon is a different way of visualizing ranking data in local search. Below is a list of answers to our most frequently asked questions. For even deeper learning, you can always check out our knowledge base as well.
Answers for:
How much does Local Falcon cost for multiple locations?
Every plan includes unlimited locations and keywords, so you pay for credits, not locations. Scans use credits per grid point: a 7x7 Google Maps scan uses 49 credits. For example, 15 locations tracking 5 keywords four times a month uses 14,700 credits, which fits the Basic plan at $49.99 a month. See pricing.
Can each location manager or franchisee get their own report?
Yes. Every scan, campaign, and trend report has a share link that opens without a Local Falcon login, so each manager can see only their own location or group. You can also export to PDF or CSV, and add your own branding with white label reports on Premium and above.
How do I know if my own locations are competing with each other?
Run a scan centered between two of your locations, or on the area where their grids overlap, and see which one ranks where. Location and keyword reports then show whether one location is pulling searches away from another, so you can adjust categories, services, or keywords for each one.
Can Falcon Agent manage reviews and updates for all of my locations?
Yes. Falcon Agent can reply to reviews, publish posts, add photos, and update details like holiday hours for every connected location, in your brand's voice. You decide what it does on its own and what it asks you about first, for example approval before replying to any 1 or 2 star review.
Can I see all of my locations in one report?
Yes. Location reports show every keyword for each location, keyword reports show one keyword across all of your locations, and campaign reports roll up everything you scan on a schedule. You can also group locations by region, brand, or franchisee and report on each group.
Do I need to connect my Google Business Profiles to track my locations?
No. AI visibility and map rank tracking work from public data, so you can add any location by searching for it. You only connect a Google Business Profile if you want Falcon Guard to watch it for changes or Falcon Agent to manage it.
