Using Falcon Assist
- After logging in click on "Falcon Assist" in the main navigation menu
This will take you to the Falcon Assist AI chat window. Note that Falcon Assist is available for all users with Annual or Enterprise subscriptions.
- Type any Local SEO or Local Falcon related question into the text search box
Simply type it into the text search box at the bottom of the chat thread. For example, you might ask something like "What can I do to fix the SoLV for this report: *add your scan report url here?" or "Give me some specific ways to improve the local linking strategy for ."
There's no limit to what you can ask Falcon Assist, but it should be related to local SEO, Local Falcon, your scans, or your business in order to receive a helpful response.
Falcon Assist will always try to give you the most detailed, direct answer possible, and it will provide relevant links whenever necessary to supplement responses to your queries.
It's best to ask Falcon Assist follow up questions asking for additional information or a more detailed explanation. Additionally, the more information you can provide Falcon Assist the better its response will be.
- Click the "Start new thread" button to clear the chat (optional)
If your Falcon Assist chat thread is getting too long and cluttered, or you simply want to start over, just click the "Start new thread" button next to the text search box to clear it!
All your previous threads will be saved to the left of the chat window, so you can refer back to them whenever you want.
