What is Falcon Agent?
Falcon Agent is Local Falcon's built-in AI agent for local SEO, available to answer all your questions and provide guidance related to Local Falcon, local SEO, your business location(s), and more. It can also perform actions directly on your Google Business Profile (e.g., reply to reviews, update business hours, publish posts, edit services and offerings) and within Local Falcon (e.g., run new scans, create campaigns, enable Falcon Guard).
Who can use Falcon Agent?
Falcon Agent is available to all subscribers in a limited capacity. However, annual and enterprise users will enjoy virtually unlimited access to Falcon Agent, Local Falcon's agentic AI for all things local SEO.
What does Falcon Agent do?
Falcon Agent handles the day-to-day work of managing your local SEO presence. It replies to reviews, publishes posts, updates your Google Business Profile, runs rank tracking scans, and monitors your AI visibility across platforms — on a recurring schedule or on demand. You can ask it to act immediately via chat, or configure it to run automatically in the background. Every action it takes is logged so you always know what it did and when.
Can I turn off Falcon Agent for a specific location without affecting others?
Yes. Every automated action can be toggled on or off per location, so you can keep Falcon Agent running on some listings while managing others manually. Adjust this any time from Agent Settings or via chat.
Can I set different Falcon Agent automation rules for different locations?
Yes. Every automated action supports per-location customization, so you can give a specific location its own instructions without creating a separate action entirely. Review response rules can also be configured per location.
How do I set up an automated action with Falcon Agent?
You have two options. The quickest is to ask Falcon Agent in chat — describe what you want done and how often, and it will configure the automation for you. Or go to Agent Settings, click add a new action, and fill in the instructions, schedule, and locations manually.
Can Falcon Agent make unauthorized changes to my GBP?
No. Falcon Agent only acts on instructions you've given it.
How do I know if Falcon Agent is running my automated actions?
Check the Activity section at the bottom of Agent Settings. It shows a log of every action Falcon Agent has taken, including what ran, when, and on which location. If an action isn't showing up, make sure the location is added to Agent Monitor and that the action is enabled for it.
Can Falcon Agent reply to Google reviews automatically?
Yes. You can set up automated review responses from Agent Settings or by instructing Falcon Agent in chat. Responses are written in your brand voice based on the instructions you provide, and you can set different rules by star rating or per location.
How do I see what Falcon Agent has done?
Go to the Activity section in Agent Settings. It shows a complete log of every action Falcon Agent has taken — what it did, when it ran, and which location was affected.
How do I enable automatic review responses?
Make sure your locations have been imported from your Google Account, then use the Falcon Agent chat on any page and ask it to "enable automatic review responses" for your location(s). Prefer a manual setup? Head to the Falcon Agent Settings Page, add your locations, toggle on Automated Review Responses, and choose your reply rules before hitting Save.
