Local Falcon is a different way of visualizing ranking data in local search. Below is a list of answers to our most frequently asked questions. For even deeper learning, you can always check out our knowledge base as well.
Answers for:
How does Local Falcon pricing work for hundreds or thousands of locations?
Enterprise plans include unlimited locations and keywords. You buy credits, and scans use credits per grid point. For example, a 7x7 Google Maps scan uses 49 credits, so 500 locations tracking 5 keywords once a month uses 122,500 credits, which fits Enterprise 1 at $499 a month with 159,500 credits. Plans go up to Enterprise 4 with 1,668,000 credits a month, and bigger portfolios get a custom plan. See Enterprise pricing.
Do we need to give Local Falcon access to our Google Business Profiles?
No. AI visibility and map rank tracking work from public data, so you can add any location by searching for it. You only connect a Google Business Profile if you want Falcon Guard to monitor it for changes or Falcon Agent to manage it.
Can we send Local Falcon data to our BI tools?
Yes. The Local Falcon API is included on every plan, and teams use it to feed tools like Power BI, BigQuery, and Snowflake. There is also a Looker Studio connector, Zapier and n8n integrations, and connectors for Claude and ChatGPT.
Can each location, franchisee, or regional manager get their own report?
Yes. Every scan, campaign, and trend report has a share link that opens without a Local Falcon login, and Enterprise plans include white label branding. You can also group locations by region or brand, and export any report as a PDF or CSV.
Can Falcon Agent manage reviews across all of our locations?
Yes. Falcon Agent can reply to reviews, publish posts, and update listings for every connected location, in your brand voice. You choose what it does on its own and what it asks you about first, for example approval before replying to any 1 or 2 star review. Full Falcon Agent access is included on Enterprise plans.
Do Local Falcon Enterprise credits roll over?
On monthly plans, unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle. Annual plans deliver the full year of credits up front, so you can spend them on your own schedule across the year, for example heavier scanning before a seasonal push.
