How To Change Your Account and Map Scan Preferences

Local Falcon applies default preference settings for the Map Scan tool and other features, but you can update these at any time in your account settings to match your workflow.

Updating Your Preferences

  1. Log in to your Local Falcon account.

  2. Click "Account" in the main navigation menu.

  3. Select "Preferences" from the account management options.

  4. Review and adjust your settings in each Account Preferences subsection:

    • General – Modify how many records appear per page.

    • Date & Time – Set your preferred formats and time zone.

    • AI Analysis – Enable/disable AI-generated insights, notifications, and sharing options.

    • Falcon Guard – Manage alerts for Google Business Profile changes.

    • Notification – Choose who receives system alerts.

    • Map Scan – Adjust map measurement units, map brightness, and email notifications for scan results.

  5. Click the "Save Preferences" button to apply your changes.
