A numbered green, yellow, or orange pin means your brand was mentioned in a ChatGPT result at that grid point, while red means it wasn't. Clicking on any pin gives you a full view of the actual ChatGPT response, with all mentioned businesses ranked in order of appearance, plus a visibility score based on position. Note that these aren't formal rankings given by ChatGPT, but rather an observation of the sequence of brand mentions.
Beneath the heat map, you'll also see detailed competitor data showing how often each business appeared across all scanned points, what percentage of responses they were mentioned in, and their ARP (Average Rank Position) and ATRP (Average Total Rank Position).
