Answers for:
Does Local Falcon have an agency plan?
Every Local Falcon plan works for agencies, with unlimited locations and keywords. Plans differ by monthly credits, and white label reporting is included on Premium and above. Agencies with larger client rosters can move to an Enterprise plan. You can compare plans here.
How many credits does an agency need in Local Falcon?
A map scan uses 1 credit per grid point. For example, 20 clients with 8 keywords each, scanned monthly on a 7x7 grid, uses 7,840 credits a month. You only pay for the scans you run, and locations and keywords are unlimited on every plan.
How should an agency organize its clients in Local Falcon?
Most agencies create one Campaign per client so each client's data stays separate, and use Location Groups for clients with multiple locations. Your team works from your agency's account, and you share report links with clients. Clients don't need a Local Falcon account to view them.
Can agencies use Local Falcon with Claude, ChatGPT, or their own tools?
Yes. The Claude Connector, the ChatGPT plugin, the Local Falcon MCP server, and the API are included on every plan, so Claude, ChatGPT, or any MCP client can run scans, pull reports, and take Google Business Profile actions. Local Falcon also connects to Looker Studio, Zapier, and n8n, so the data can flow into whatever reporting platform your agency already uses.
Does Local Falcon work for agencies outside the US?
Yes. Agencies use Local Falcon around the world. Scans run anywhere the search platform returns results for that location.
Can Falcon Agent wait for my approval before it posts or replies?
Yes. You choose, tool by tool, whether Falcon Agent acts on its own or asks first, and you choose which star ratings get automatic review replies. When it needs a decision, it emails or texts you, and you can answer right from there. Each location can have its own instructions, and every action is recorded in the activity log.
