How To Enable Automatic Review Responses

Local Falcon's AI-powered Falcon Agent can automatically reply to reviews left on your Google Business Profile, saving time, ensuring every reviewer receives a prompt response, and maintaining a consistent brand voice across all of your locations. You can enable the feature for a single location or many at once, with the option to set custom per-location response rules so each reply feels relevant, personalized, and on-brand.

Before You Begin

Before automating Google review responses with Falcon Agent, make sure you have already:

Note: If you have already manually saved locations to your account, you will still need to go through the import process. For those locations, you will see a green message indicating the location is already saved — the import simply establishes the connection between the existing saved location and your Google Account.

Step 1: Confirm Your Locations Are Imported via Google Account

Automatic Review Responses requires that your saved locations are connected to your Google Account, not just manually added. To verify this, go to the Saved Locations Page. Locations properly imported from a Google Account will display your Google Account profile picture to the left of the location name.

If a location is missing the profile picture, return to the import flow and complete the Google Account import for that location before proceeding.

Step 2: Enable Automatic Review Responses

There are two ways to enable Automatic Review Responses. Option 1, using the Falcon Agent chat, is recommended.

Option 1 (Recommended): Use the Falcon Agent Chat

  1. Start typing a new message in the Falcon Agent chat, found on the right-hand side of any page in Local Falcon.
  2. Ask Falcon Agent to do something like "set up automatic review responses for [location]" — you can name one location or several in the same message.
  3. Falcon Agent will confirm any settings or preferences with you, then automate Google review replies on your behalf according to your specifications.
  4. To review, adjust, or manage what Falcon Agent configured, visit the Falcon Agent Settings Page.

Option 2: Configure Manually via the Falcon Agent Settings Page

  1. Go to the Falcon Agent Settings Page.
  2. Use the Add Locations to Agent Monitor dropdown to select one or more locations. The Agent Monitored Locations section will appear once at least one location has been added and shows you which locations are currently available for automated actions.
  3. Enable Automated Review Responses for your location(s):
    • Single location: Expand the location row and toggle on Automated Review Responses.
    • Multiple locations: Check the Select All checkbox, then choose Enable Review Replies from the Bulk Actions dropdown.
  4. Select which star ratings the AI Agent should respond to.
  5. Choose how the AI Agent should respond:
    • Default Rules: Uses your global default instructions, which can be set in the Default Settings panel in the upper-right menu of the Falcon Agent Settings Page.
    • Custom Rules: Lets you write per-location instructions to tailor the AI Agent's tone or content.
  6. Click Save at the bottom of the page.
