Simply click on any scan point after choosing your grid size to disable it, meaning you won't see any ranking data for that specific point. This is helpful for points over bodies of water, for example, where you know people aren't going to be searching (i.e., unpopulated areas). You can always re-enable a point by clicking on it again.
