How To Update Multiple GBP Listings

Falcon Agent can apply bulk GBP changes across your locations, so you can update business hours, descriptions, categories, services, attributes, phone numbers, website URLs, and more without editing each profile individually.

Before running a bulk update, make sure all target locations have been imported from a connected Google account and added to your monitored locations in Falcon Agent's settings. See the following if you haven't done that yet:

Option 1: Via the Falcon Agent Chat (Recommended)

  1. Open a chat with Falcon Agent.
  2. Specify which locations to update (all locations, a named subset, or filtered by region or category).
  3. Describe the exact change to make. For hours, include specific days and times. For descriptions, provide the copy or key points. For categories or services, list what to add or remove.
  4. Include any per-location variations if certain locations need different treatment.
  5. Review the update plan Falcon Agent presents before confirming.

Falcon Agent will confirm the details with you before applying any changes. You can review everything it did in the Activity section of the Agent Settings page.

Option 2: From Agent Settings

  1. Go to Agent Settings from your Local Falcon Account page.
  2. Click "+ New Action" in the Automated Actions section.
  3. Name the action.
  4. Write your update instructions, including what to change and any per-location variations.
  5. Select which locations to apply it to.
  6. Save and let it run.

The Activity section at the bottom of Agent Settings logs everything Falcon Agent applied, so you can review the output after it runs.

Scheduling Bulk GBP Updates

If you have updates that need to happen on a recurring or future-dated basis, you can schedule them rather than running them as one-time actions. Use either method above and specify when and how often you want the update to run.

Example use cases for scheduled bulk updates:

  • Switching to extended hours around the same dates each year
  • Adding seasonal attributes (like "outdoor seating") before a season starts and removing them after
  • Adding and removing seasonal service categories at the start and end of each relevant season
  • Refreshing business descriptions at the start of each quarter
